Returns Policy

Orders that are returned within 14 days of purchase will be issued a full store credit for the purchase amount excluding shipping. No exchanges or returns are accepted on clearance goods. We just have a few simple requests:

1) We ask that all clothing is returned in its original condition. Please package it well and be respectful that we are a small, low inventory company and in turn your exchange will most likely find a home with another mama. All items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition. All tags must be attached. Please take care when trying on the item, as we are not able to accept returns with makeup stains.

2) Unless you received the wrong item or the clothing was damaged or defective in some way, we ask that you pay the return shipping costs.

3) Last, but not least, we ask that you give us another try. Please reach out to us (customerservice@mamaclothing.com.au) and we can talk through the current styles and sizes available. We strive to have a style and size to fit everyone's nursing and fashion needs. If we don't have something you like, we want to know about it.
