We at Mama Clothing understand that shopping online is not always easy and from time to time purchases may not fit or feel as intended. To make your shopping experience more enjoyable we offer a simple returns system so you can shop with confidence.

Full refund, store credit, or exchanges (garment purchase price, excluding shipping fees)

  • Returns are accepted back into our warehouse within 28 days of delivery

  • Garments returned must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition (including tags attached) and in their original packaging

  • Please take care when trying on garments, as we are not able to accept returns with makeup stains or perfume smells. We are also unable to accept returns that have animal hair on them - please take care when storing items awaiting return

  • Once the return is inspected and processed, you will receive an email with your chosen resolution.
    • If a refund is requested, refunds for purchase amount will be issued to your original payment method.
    • If a store credit is requested, a store credit for the purchase amount will be issued, and will be valid for 6 months.
    • If exchange is requested, we will update your order and send an invoice for the shipping to be paid on your chosen items.

Returns Process

Simply fill out the returns form here.

Once you've filled it out with your order information (found in your order confirmation email) we will send you an email to print off. Place your items back in their original plastic bag, and follow the instructions on the email.

For all non faulty returns, it is your responsibility to pay for the return. We strongly recommend you send your items back with tracking, so we are able to locate the item if it’s lost.

If the items do not match the returns policy above, it is also your responsibility to pay for the postage back to you.

 

We are committed to complying with the Consumer Guarantees as legislated by Australia Consumer Law and accept returns on any faulty or wrongfully described items within a reasonable timeframe. If your item is faulty, you have been shipped the wrong item or the wrong order was dispatched please reach out to our customer service team at hello@mamaclothing.com.au for a prompt resolution.
