Most parcels are shipped within 48 business hours of your order. We are known for our fast shipping and order turn around, but please reach out to us if the specific time frame in which you need to receive your order is within 5 days of placing the order. Please note, that busier periods and arrival or preorder stock have the potential to slow down our turn around time, but we will always work to push orders out of our warehouse in a timely manner. 

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All Australian Mama Clothing Orders are sent via Toll Express Couriers. Toll offer a door-to-door overnight service for metro areas and deliver most parcels within remote areas within 3-4 working days. As this is a courier service, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes - please reach out to us if you need to arrange special delivery instructions. These delivery times may vary during peak periods and public holidays. 

Tracking numbers will be provided to the email listed on your account, and Toll do not require signature on delivery or offer insurance on parcels with this service, so please keep an eye on the tracking to see when your shipment is scheduled for drop-off. The tracking service provided by Toll will not be available until the parcel has been received by Toll - this means that your tracking number will not register until it has been scanned in by their depot.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping (except NZ orders) is priced depending on your Country and is calculated by weight. You will be notified at Checkout the exact cost. We will contact you if we have any questions.

SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND

All New Zealand orders are shipped using a $15 flat rate express rate service (with no weight restriction) which is delivered within 3-5 business days. This service provides a end-to-end tracking with signature.

Please note: where orders are placed, with both in-stock and pre-sale items, orders will not be shipped until all stock is available. If you require in the stock item before the arrival of your pre-sale item, please place separate orders.
